Description

Antique 1800s EAPG Pressed Clear Glass Waffle and Bar - Scarce Pattern. It stands 8.5" tall. Notched handle with slight upturn on top end. Unknown maker. A previous owner (antique dealer) added a small label on the bottom with pattern name. I haven't been able to identify the maker, or find any other examples of Waffle and Bar. There is a Waffle pattern attributed to Boston and Sandwich Glass , but without seeing the handle of the pitcher in this line, I can't say if they made this pitcher. Overall good shape, no chips or cracks seen. Multiple bubbles in glass. Very obvious wear on the base as expected for 100+ years of use and display. Nice, rare piece for your EAPG collection!
