Description
Glasbake was a brand name used by the McKee Glass Company. The Glasbake pattern Primrose Dream was manufactured from 1917 through1983. The dishes with this very popular pattern came in all sorts of shapes and sizes. This particular one is a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish that is 8 inches in diameter. It is 2 3/4-inches deep. The rim is flared out to serve as handles. The information in raised letters on the bottom identifies the dish as J2600, made in the USA. There is also the number 80 and the number 2 in relief. The raised lettering also declares the dish to be Microwave Safe, which pinpoints the manufacture date to the later part of the 1900's. There should be a lid that matches this shaped dish, but I don't have it to sell. The dish is in excelent pre-owned condition, with no chips, crackes, reapairs or rough spots. Guaranteed 1-business-day-turnaround shipping. Sales tax will be charged when the buyer resides in a state where it is due.
