*** In the early 1920’s, “Robinson Clay Products” of Akron, OH combined with the “Ramsbottom Brothers Pottery” of Roseville, OH to establish the, “ROBINSON~RAMSBOTTOM POTTERY COMPANY,” or the “R.R.P. Co.” Over several decades I inherited my families R.R.P. Co. blue spongeware. To inquiring minds, I have always referred to my set as, THE OTHER Roseville Pottery. I held onto my pottery/stoneware collection because they are old americana with history. Production ceased around 2005, so the value and the fun of collecting has and will only continue to increase over time. Their beauty in/on a kitchen cabinet has had many compliments on the handcraftsmanship. Despite only using them for decoration, they potentially have a great use for baking, cooking and serving. I am listing all my pieces over the next few days because it is time for someone else to enjoy them. This LARGE, 3 QT MIXING BOWL may have been used. There are some black marks to the inside bottom as a spoon might leave. It will arrive to you with NO flea bites, NO nicks, NO chips and NO cracks. The rim of this bowl is rounded .
