Description

Vintage blue sapphire pressed glass 2 Qt. covered casserole in the Philbe pattern by Fire-King. Very good pre-owned condition. Very clean. There are a couple of chips in the lid and 1 small nip in the handle of the bowl, see photos. Scratches from normal use on the bottom of the bowl. The Fire-King logo is molded on the bottom in block letters placing this piece at c. 1942 - 1945. The set measures about 8 3/4" W X 5 1/2" H to top of knob on lid. Fun serving piece.
