Description

A gorgeous Vine Croft covered casserole created by Wedgewood (England). Features a grapevine motif with intertwined yellow flowers. There are stripes at the base of the casserole and around the rim of the lid. The handles on the sides and on the lid are ear shaped loops. There is a small Hand drawn mark near the back stamp and one on the inside of the lid, as shown in photos. Made of bone china. 3 quart capacity (about 3/4" from the top of the casserole. Bottom Diameter 8 1/4" Top Diameter 6 1/2" Height without the Lid 5 5/8" Height with the lid about 7 1/2" In great shape, no chips or cracks. There are some minor silverware marks on the inside rim of the casserole.
